For companies with staff

Which of your team is on site with an expired ticket?

You cannot tell from a folder of certificates. The expiry dates are in the filenames and nothing adds them up. Drop the folder in and find out, free.

What changes at that size

  • Somebody has to know who is in date. Usually that is a spreadsheet, and usually it is wrong.
  • A lapsed ticket is not an admin problem. It is a person on site who should not be.
  • Clients ask for proof on their schedule, not yours.
  • The person who knows where everything is kept eventually leaves.

What RAMSReady does about it

The training matrix and reminders

Every person against every qualification: in date, due within 90 days, expired, or not held. Reminders go out before something lapses, not after. Your documents name the real certificate holders, and say plainly where a qualification is required but not held, because a document that quietly omits that is worth nothing.

Equipment and its certificates

Equipment carries its inspection and calibration dates, with the certificates attached.

Substances and their safety data sheets

Substances carry their safety data sheets, so COSHH assessments are built from the real sheet.

One link for your clients

When a client asks, you send one link. It shows what you hold and whether it is current. No names, no certificate numbers and no expiry dates for individuals, and only if you switch it on.

Setting it up

Nobody types in thirty certificates. Upload the folder you already keep, or a zip of it, through bulk upload. It reads the certificates, works out whose they are, and asks you to confirm. Nothing is saved until you have checked the rows.

Training certificates, calibration and inspection certificates and safety data sheets each go to the right register. Photograph the COSHH cupboard and it reads the labels.

What it is not

There is no score, no percentage and no certificate. RAMSReady says what you hold, what is in date and what is missing. Whether that is adequate is for the responsible person to decide.

That is also why a client can trust the link you send. It reports what is held and whether it is current, and it does not grade you.

See where you stand

Upload the folder you already keep. It reads the certificates, works out whose they are, and asks you to confirm.
